Q Do You Offer Support Packages, And What Are The Costs?

A. Yes we do.

Our support packages are all inclusive and have some unique features. The packages include;

  • We commit to attend your premises within 16 hours (Our average attendance time in 2008 was just over 4 hours!
  • We provide free training and reprogramming for any member of staff for the first 12 months
  • Our costs are based on the following;
    • Key Phone £20 + VAT p.a.
    • Basic Phone £6 + VAT p.a.

Q. How Do We Decide Which Tariff / Package To Choose?

A. The choice of package is an important one and if correctly assessed can save you a great deal of money!

The answer to your question is that we simply work it out for you FREE of charge by analysing your phone bills, and talking to you about your business!

Q. Which Line Rental Provider Do I choose?

A. Again as with the choice of a system, it is easy to become overwhelmed as there is so much choice!

And once again as with the system choice, reliability and quality is King. Choosing a third party provider, to maybe save a few pounds is a false economy. Take it from us, that it is good to save a few pounds when things are going well. You only see the difference when there is a problem. With third party providers you can spend days going around the houses to get a problem solved, whilst you are missing business, and seriously affecting your customer service and your reputation.

We only use BT as our line rental provider of choice. They are simply the best and most reliable. You will not pay any more by going through us to arrange your line rental, as apposed to going to BT direct.

Q. Which Type Of System Do I Choose?

A. This is the million dollar question. The system that you choose will depend on a number of factors e.g. users, type of business etc. The good news is that we conduct a FREE review for each client and advise them which is best for them

Second because of our policy of non compromise on quality, you can be totally re assured in the knowledge that the systems we recommend is both of the highest quality, and also the exact specification for your individual needs.

Finally because you will be getting the ‘best’ it does not mean that it costs the most. Yes, we are approved and continue to undertake data and telecomms installation and maintenance work for Hampshire County Council, Portsmouth City Council and Southampton City Council.
